Tying the Knot |

|
1. Hold the "Bitter End" in your right hand between two fingers
and hold the "Standing Part" in your left hand. |
|
2. Put your hands together forming a cross. |
|
3. Pick up both parts with your right hand and twist a loop in
the "Standing Part". |
|
4. Pass the "Bitter End" under the "Standing Part". |
|
5. Put the "Bitter End" down through the loop. |
|
6. Draw up the knot holding the "Standing Part" and "Bitter End".
